NUOVA FINESTRA BANDO BREVETTI MARCHI DISEGNI+

Il Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico – Direzione Generale per la Tutela della Proprietà Industriale – Ufficio Italiano Brevetti e Marchi ha affidato all’Agenzia nazionale per l’attrazione degli investimenti e lo sviluppo d’impresa S.p.A. – INVITALIA, il compito di realizzare un intervento agevolativo in favore di micro, piccole e medie imprese per la valorizzazione economica dei brevetti, denominata Brevetti +.
Tale intervento mira a sostenere la capacità innovativa e competitiva delle PMI attraverso la valorizzazione e lo sfruttamento economico dei brevetti sui mercati nazionale e internazionale.
Le agevolazioni sono finalizzate all’acquisto di servizi specialistici relativi a:
Industrializzazione e ingegnerizzazione
Organizzazione e sviluppo
Trasferimento tecnologico
È prevista la concessione di un’agevolazione in conto capitale, nel rispetto della regola del de minimis, del valore massimo di € 140.000 (centoquarantamila/00).
Le risorse disponibili per l’attuazione della misura ammontano complessivamente a € 21,8 milioni di euro (ventunomilioniottocentomila/00).
